Summary
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a story-driven, action adventure game developed by Ember Labs.
Early in development I created several HUD UI treatments and motion explorations. Collaborating with game designers, artists, and gameplay engineers, we eventually settled on one HUD style that I then cut up and shared for implementation.
The game went on to win numerous accolades, including Best Indepent Game, Best Debut Indie Game, and Indie Game of the Year. It was an honor to contribute to such a wonderfully impactful game.
